RFBS have installed the best-of-breed Vocollect Voice picking solution to Splosh Homewares in Brisbane.
RFBS have been working with Splosh since 2008 when a scan based picking system was installed. To cope with sustained growth levels, Splosh moved into a larger
warehouse in Acacia Ridge and upgraded to the MYOB Exonet accounting system in early 2011. With a goal of 100 orders despatched per day (each with 100 items), it was
recognised that the ageing scanning system could not deliver this performance without adding additional staff to the pick floor.
RFBS recommended the Vocollect Voice solution as a means of speeding up each individual pick and improving overall warehouse throughput. For more information
