Navigator Inventory

Navigator Inventory assists small businesses to effectively manage inventory levels through the use of barcode technology. This module allows inbound and outbound stock to be matched against the MYOB Purchase Order and Invoice at receipt and despatch time. To confirm the correct despatch of items, a hand-held barcode reader attached to a PC is used. Navigator Inventory prevents "overpicks" and prints discrepancy reports to allow adjustments to invoices to occur after goods are despatched.

Navigator Inventory also tracks serial numbers, recording the entire history of each item from receipt to despatch. The in-built RMA module allows you to track and manage items returned for repair or credit - all from within the Navigator console.

Navigator Small-Business: Navigator Inventory can be linked to Receipt Navigator, PickIT  and Navigator Stocktake to allow the use of mobile computers to process inbound and outbound stock transactions.
