- Mobile computers are updated with the latest product list from your accounting
or point of sale system.
- Each staff member is equipped with a mobile terminal containing a lookup list of
all of your products.
- Staff members are allocated a section of the warehouse or showroom to count.
- Each item on the shelf is scanned. Within a second, the product's description is
shown on the screen and the user is prompted to enter the quantity.
- The count file is downloaded to your computer for processing in Microsoft Excel.

- The warehouse location is scanned.
- Each item on the shelf is scanned. Within a second, the product's description is
shown on the screen and the user is prompted to enter the quantity.
- The scanner can be configured to prompt for a new location, or the next product
to cater for single product (pallets) per location or mixed product locations.
- The Navigator stocktake program on a PC collates all scanned information and
presents a variance report by product and/or location.
- Collated data is exported to a file for import into your accounting software.
